The city of Schaffhausen in Switzerland will hold the first edition of Girls WEVZA Tournament. The teams of the eight nations members of this Zonal Association will meet in BBC Arena sports hall in Schaffhausen for a week that will ascertain the high level of the upcoming stars of European Volleyball.

The squads of Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, France and Portugal are counting down the hours to their debut in this competition that replaces the traditional 8 Nations tournament.

This first edition of Girls WEVZA Tournament will start on tuesday and will finish of Saturday. All the eight participants have been separated in two groups that will play in the first days for a place in the semifinals.

The squads of Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland and France will play in pool A while Belgium, Italy, Spain and Portugal will clash in pool B.
