2022 WEVZA U21 M&W BEACH VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The International Beach Volleyball Center in Lorca, Spain was the stage for the U21 Men and Women Championships.
In a heart-stopping final against the Belgians Van Deun/Bex, Natalia Binimelis and Carolina Fernández managed to impose their best game and win gold in a tournament that always went their way. Team Dupin/Honore from France took the final step of the podium.
In the Men’s gender, luck was not on the side of the Spanish teams. In the match for the bronze medal, Álvaro Viera and Iván Tokarev were defeated by the German couple Nissen/Lorenz, who did not give any chance. The men’s gold went to Belgium, who surprisingly beat France, the tournament’s favorites, in the final.
