Belgium and Netherlands stand at the top of the charts at the WEVZA U18 Women Championship after the second day of competition. The Belgian and the Dutch boast a perfect record and confirmed their intention to shine in the tournament. The day started with the first victory for France, and was closed with the clear dominion of Belgium and Netherlands in two convincing victories.

France beat Switzerland in three consecutive sets (17-25/18-25/21-25). The match started with the great performance of French service, dominating the game. The team trained by Fabrice Vial kept calm and extended their control to the rest of the game with the 16 points of Lilou Ratahiry

Belgium won the duel of unbeaten against Germany in straight sets (21-25/13-25/17-25).The Yellow Tigers made an exceptional performance in all the aspects of the game to control the match. German tried to react after the clear second set, but Belgian showed nerves of steel to close the game.

Netherlands extended their streak edging past Portugal in three sets (25-15/25-13/25-17). The amount of mistakes from Portuguese side prevented them to countering the superiority of the “Orange Girls”. The team trained by Ivo Munter sweep the three sets in a row to end the game and remain unbeaten in the WEVZA U18 Women Championship.
