Valladolid is ready for the start of the sensational double WEVZA event being held at the Pabellon Pisuerga sports hall in the Spanish city. Two thrilling competitions, the 2015 WEVZA U19 Championship – Men and the 2015 WEVZA U16 Championship – Girls take the stage on Wednesday in a showcase of the future stars of the sport.

On the eve of competition, the technical meeting was held in Valladolid. All the representatives from the participating teams gathered one last time to share the joy for competing in the two tournaments and hoped the best for their respective squads, while the organisers wished to offer the best conditions for the anticipated double event.

The two tournaments are one of the most important grassroots events being held in Spain this season. In the men’s competition, the teams from France, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland and Spain will fight for the title in an event that will be divided into two groups of four teams. In the women’s event, the teams of The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland and Spain will clash for the title in a tournament that will be held under the league format, all against all, in five thrilling days to determine the name of the champion of a sensational event.
